I have had Joel Dantzler work on three major projects over a 10 year span. First , they rebuilt a seawall and concrete deck, very creative, functional, and durable, and still first class ven now. I moved from that home to another, and again a great job on our 4800 sq ft renovation from the exterior windows to the studs and complete home. Most recently, he has renovated my custom "downsize" into a museum quality, 93 year old, 2 story home. The woodwork was matched so well that even the experienced would be unable to tell new from old. As change orders came, they were handled with no problems, or alarm. The subs were also very thorough, exacting and timely. Cost was always in line with my expectations, and communication easy. I would highly recommend his company and welcome any questions.
