A horribly run company. I've been a (CUSTOMER) since 2013 and never had an issue until this past year.I moved to a new house and did not receive a bill for SIX months, after several calls and visits to their office I finally received one. Not sure how that could be accurate or not since I did not even have an account setup after breaking it down it came pretty close to my monthly average. But then the following month I receive a bill for almost half of what my 6-month bill was, with absolutely zero changes to my water usage. And of course they're stuck in the Stone Age with only cash or money order payments.

If you have a choice, do not move to the area they monopolize. They know you have no choice but to use their water so they make their own rules! Read all the fine print on all your bills they are subject to change, like their address. Good luck paying a bill. No debt or credit cards here, not even a web option to pay. Poor customer service as well.

The worse customer service around actually it is probably better to state lack of services.... They have closed their offices for customers to be able to make payments or ask questions, they offer no online service or virtual notifications of issues.
