Horrible experience. Very expensive and equipment improperly installed. They dont know what they are doing but feel comfortable stealing your money. Had work checked by equipment manufacturers who were appalled at the installation job. Do Not Hire

I called KLC to come back out to address the issue with heating system after service person left the problem got worse. I call to have them come back out and they have not responded. Not even a courtesy of a call back ,this speaks volumes!!
