KLC Heating + Cooling

I called KLC to come back out to address the issue with heating system after service person left the problem got worse. I call to have them come back out and they have not responded. Not even a courtesy of a call back ,this speaks volumes!!

Kevin came in a very timely manner and fixed the issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend him as well as use his service again!! Very professional.

Kevin first came out to fill the A/C unit with freon. He hooked up a machine to run a test, and then left for several hours. When he returned, he said there were no leaks. In less than 3 weeks, the unit was leaking. We called him back out and he came at 6:30 am, a major inconvenience for us but we went with it. He removed a part from the unit, saying he had to buy a new one. He returned again and could not swap the part because the water would not turn off. We arranged to have the water shut off for the entire building and made another appointment, for which he did not show up. I called him and he said he was stuck on another job. The superintendent was furious with us. We attempted to make an appointment and he wanted to come at 6:30 am. I requested he come during normal business hours. That's the last we have heard from him after numerous attempts to contact him. In trying to get him to return, our messages are not being returned. He has left us in a very bad place with the A/C taken apart and not working. I would not recommend Kevin as his word is not reliable, and his work is not trustworthy. Now $575.00 later; we have nothing but many frustrations and disappointments.
