Woodworking — 1 star Jun 27, 2017 9:24pm Ordered counter tops May 9th through Lowes with a three week delivery date. Did not receive. They extended delivery time two more weeks. Nothing. After a three way call with Lowes Corporate and Preston Woodworking, they admitted that they didnt even have the counter tops and didnt appear to care one bit. Lowes refunded my money, thankfully. Then Lowes discovered that I am a local contractor and I purchase about 80% of my material there. Corporate called me back and purchased my counter tops through another vendor for free to make it right. Preston Woodworking should probably stick with hometown business and leave large accounts to the big boys.
