Called to inquire about some duct work. They said they might be able to come out on Friday morning, and would call back "in a couple hours". Never called back. I called back later and left a message. It was not returned. I called them again today to ask if they were going to come out this morning as they planned. The guy on the phone tried to talk me out of getting the repairs done to my home, said he was too busy with 3 jobs on his schedule.
