Do NOT use this man!! He installed a water line (appx $2000) using unapproved fittings. It leaked after 2 years costing me almost $500 to fix. He will not return your calls or texts and his mailbox is always full. Never came back to complete his job (seeding/sowing) costing me annother $100.

We used Doug for years at two different houses. He used to have great service and great prices. However, we had a horrible experience with him this year. He promised our parents four different deadlines, didn't meet any of them, constantly gave excuses for why he didn't show up or call to let us know, and did not refund our money. Right now, he has the money that we paid for parts and will not refund it, despite having signed an "IOU" and even though he did not do the work. I'm so sorry for him that he is clearly in a rough spot in his life, but this isn't the time to hire him.

Doug was very professional, he was on schedule , and very tidy, he is my go to guy
