Colin Johnson worked with me in finding a home for over a year. He certainly had more patience with us than I would have had the roles been reversed. Colin clearly knows the area and the value of property in Johnson City and was able to tell us accurately about the value of homes in neighborhood we were looking at. As a result we've landed in a house and part of town that we love and we haven't seen any place we wish we had instead. No regrets on our purchase and certainly not in working with Colin. I recommend him every chance I get.
