Ms. Rooter Septic and Drain, LLC

I used them to service my septic last spring. They gave me a 2 year warranty with the repair. The lid to the tank wasn’t aligned properly. The reason I know is a hole formed in the yard. I could physically see the gap they left and that the tank was full. At first when I called about a full tank they sounded eager to come out. As soon as it came to light that it was for warranty work, the tone soured and the vibe became more “DMV worker.” They said they would come out on Wednesday but didn’t have a time yet. I text back the day before the appointment to confirm a time. The response I got was a two hour delayed text back “won’t know until the guys get back today.” Wednesday comes without an update for appointment window. So I called early that morning and it went to voicemail. I left my info and never got a call back. Con artist or thief would better describe this company than septic or drain expert does.
