KC HOT TUB REPAIR

Rick, with KC Hot Tub Repair, took $600 cash from me to buy a replacement pump and replace my broken one. The quote was about $400 for the pump and $200 for the labor. I prepaid because he said he needed the money to purchase the pump. Then he proceeded to text me excuses and broken promised for the next two months. Eventually I had to pay someone else to buy a replacement pump and do the repair work. I am out $600. Do your research on this company. They have a long history of doing this to people.
