About Repairs Unlimited, Inc.
Repairs Unlimited, Inc. was created in 1986 by Emory F. "Jigger" James and Steve Galey, as a one-stop shop for home repair services formulated out of James and Galey's personal experience in general contracting and real estate development. After two years of operation, the entire operating approach was reorganized. Client Representative positions were created whose specific job was to liaison between clients and our construction crews. Advocating for and clearly communicating the clients priorities, concerns and needs to the operations team has propelled Repairs Unlimited, Inc. and RUI Construction into new markets. Todd Wertz, RUI President joined the team in 1994 and has been instrumental in the evolution, growth and diversification of the company. As a result of those efforts, RUI was soon performing work for customers in the following new categories: Insurance Restoration Government Contracts Commercial Construction Water Mitigation and Structural Drying Our methodical evolution over the decades has moved Repairs Unlimited, Inc. along with RUI Construction to the top of Qualified Remodeler magazine's Top 500 every year since 1996.

The WORST company one could possibly do business with. Insurance company chose - I didn't. Shoddy workmanship, incompetent employees, won't show up on time or return calls. Began 5/17 and was told 4-6 weeks. 8 months later STILL NOT DONE. RUN from this company. HORRIBLE does not begin to describe their competency.
