This deck received a major upgrade - the old deck and railing was removed and replaced with an Azek deck and radiance rail. A custom shed-style roof was also added, complete with skylights and soffit to maintain the natural lighting.

An increasingly popular option is the captivating stone or concrete deck. This project features mortar set stone over a waterproof deck, which ties beautifully into the rockery below and around the duck pond in the yard. Stainless steel cable railing and a Tigerwood staircase and landing complete the access way to the deck from below. A shed was also craftily built underneath the staircase for added storage or easy access to lawn tools.

This deck was a replacement and expansion of the existing deck, using Azek XLM in Walnut Grove. A new storage shed was built for convenience and with an extended roof to provide shelter for a BBQ. The fence with the picket detail on top was added during the project and tied in nicely with the storage shed.

This was a large TimberTech Terrain deck with a custom shed-style roof cover. The rear setback required that we alter the original design for the roof, but we ended up brainstorming an alternate design that met the homeowner's requirements, and remained aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. The skylights, cedar post wrapping, and soffit polished off the outdoor living space warmly.
