Hays Construction replaced 32 windows and one sliding door in my apartment house in N.E. Portland. There bid was competitive but the reason I really chose Hays was that they were far more flexible in meeting my requirements. I wanted new outside trim and to have stained. In addition I wanted all new inside casing and trim. No other contractor would even consider bidding the package I wanted; they would have me hire another contractor to finish off the windows. Tim did the whole job at a very reasonable price with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Hays Construction .

We were selling our home and needed someone to come out and quote us right away on a new furnace. Hayes heating was very efficient and more than helpful. We did end up purchasing one and had it installed. I would recommend them to a family member or a friend!
