John Deane, owner of Deane Electric & AC responded to my 1 star review of his business by saying that I know he’s an honest guy. 1. When he texted me to tell me I was an idiot and I posted the text on various review sites, he lied and said I edited the text. 2. When he said my daughter was the blame for the ac malfunctioning within 90 days of the install is another lie. No unit should stop draining that soon. 3. When he said I called him a liar is another untruth. Even if I had, he’s running a business and rely on the community to help him reach is million dollar a year revenue. 4. When he said that he’s apologetic for calling me an idiot is another lie. What he’s sorry about having being exposed within the community that pays his salary thus allows him his comfortable lifestyle. If you do an internet search of Deane Electric, John Deane has always cursed out and attempted to degrade customers. Why he’s never been reported on a larger forum is baffling to me. John Deane, our network is larger than you thought and I will continue to give you the attention you so deserve. Also, thank you to all the HVAC companies that have reached out to us and shared a plethora of valuable information. May your companies continue to grow and prosper.

John Deane owner of Deane Electric texted me and said I was an idiot because I questioned whether the 11 mont old AC Unit that his business installed was not properly draining thus the unit was automatically cutting off once the inside of the home reached 70 degrees. The ac unit was installed in June 2020 and cost $3900. In September a service call had to be made because the unit wasn’t properly draining. In May 2021 another service call had to be made for the same problem. John Deane started ranting and saying that we did not take care of the unit and in order for the unit to properly work, we need to air the house out weekly, use more expensive filters although the filters used are mid grade and they were the same brand used with the replaced unit that lasted 15 years, and he suggested having the coils cleaned for $150. He posted on another site that his revenue for 2020 was a million dollars. He shouldn’t be allowed to make that kind of money from a community that he treats so poorly. I would not recommend this company to any family, friends, or foes.
