I have used this company twice to replace two different air conditioning systems at my home. (Big house- two systems) Always on time, always kept their word, and always charged less then the other bids.

Received AC service from this company. When the tech came out he replaced a bad part and found another that needed to be replaced but was still working. We told him we did not have enough to replace that second part at the time. He said that as long as we call on the 1st on the next month to get the part replaced they would keeps the invoice open until then so we do not have to pay the service fee a second time for them to come out. He put it in writing on the invoice that I signed. We contacted them on the 1st as agreed and they are refusing to do the work without charging a second service fee although that was what we agreed to in writing. The owner said that he did not care if it was in writing he was not going to let them fix it as agreed.
