Out of all the property management companies down here in Killeen Texas that have read, heard, experience in applying for rent, this company is your ideal personable, fair, and just property management. I have been renting for 2 years and currently still rent from them without any problems. They are very punctual when service repairs are requested. Pest control service is year round. They are not slum lords who just want your money at all and will work with you to help you get a good start in renting and leasing, especially if you have been railroaded by other targeting property management companies, and simply plays by the book with you excepting the typical military housing protocol.
