  | Toilet Leak Repair | Sep 2016 | Wax ring under the toilet was not replaced after new laminate floors were installed on an 8 mo. old home. This caused it to leak constantly for several months until the homeowners noticed the floor was bubbling. I had to remove the toilet, sink, and then all of the baseboards prior to being able to pull the water damaged flooring. Once it was removed, I let it dry out and then began the process of replacing the damaged flooring and baseboard and then re-installing the sink and toilet. I used a "next" perfect seal toilet ring that does not need to be replaced again in the future.
