Textbook Painting

Michael was incredibly easy to work with on my project. He was always available to answer questions and work with my schedule. His staff was professional and did a great job!

I hired Textbook Painting and was given "early May" as the scheduled date. The time approached and I had not heard from anyone, so I left multiple messages with my sales resource with no call back. I then called the office to learn the sales resource was no longer with the company and they couldn't get me on the calendar for another month. This was not an option due to bare wood on the exterior of the house. I told them I could not wait another month but they told me there was nothing they could do sooner. This company is unreliable and I would recommend you look for other contractors.

My wife and I bought a house in Avon Lake on Lake rd that needed renovating. We had three different quotes done for painting the exterior of the home and textbook was very competitive (best). The sales rep was professional, delivered his quote on the spot, and the price didn't change from the quote. He even met me at the house on a Saturday. Once we chose them he helped us pick out colors with thorough explanation of the paint swatches and provided a couple of samples on the side of the house so we knew for sure. They were able to start work the following week and had the job completed as timely as possible considering the weather. The painting crew were very professional and polite. They were also quiet which helped with two small twins at home. The work was done very well and the job was not completed until we were completely satisfied and we were!! So much so that we had them back to paint the ceiling above our pool (a very difficult DIY job). I would recommend them to anyone looking at a painting project big or small! They were great to work with from start to finish!!
