All Appliance Repair

Porch sent out someone who doesn't even represent All Appliance Repair. The person, named Simon, did not know what he was doing and gave us a receipt under a different company name after saying he was not with the All Appliance Repair. Like the other review, Simon is not responsive, timely or capable of fixing appliances. Who knows if this guy was vetted or if he actually has a license. Porch should be held accountable for not vetting their contractors.

Simon was late for all appointments and did not respond to my phone calls or text messages until several hours, or the next day, after the scheduled appointment. He removed the belt on my washer, but couldn't replace it. Very, very poor experience.
