DO NOT USE TURF HERO!!! They did not provide the service I contracted, they sold the contract to a different company that never did the work. They have continuously promised a refund yet always fail to do it. Avoid them, they are thieves and hucksters.
This company provides a cheep quote for a reason. They replace your sod (mine was St. Augustine) with Bermuda Wild Grass. They provide extremely poor customer service. I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's office as well as the BBB...
Joe has been great to work with. I called him on Tuesday morning and that evening my grass was cut. They've sprayed as promised and are cutting weekly. Quick response to my texts as well.
