I had my roof fully replaced including 3 skylights in June 2016. I have suffered in silence for 4 years dealing with incidents at the time of replacement (staff not covering my roof and water leaking throughout my home), persistent leaks post replacement which they refuse to provide a receipt for, patchwork on the inside of my home done by a neighbor of mine that was not done properly and repeated promises he now has confidence in his crew they have done a good job fixing what was not properly installed the last time. The most recent leak occurred in May of 2020, where the individual claimed to have finally fixed my skylight. I have text conversations, photos of damage, etc. Bruce Rubin , the owner of the company does send a crew out very quickly to assess re leaks, however when it comes to fixing the inside of my home which incurred damage, I consistently receive responses such as "Let's wait for a few rains to see if it leaks again", ignoring my message and then claiming he forgot to answer and now simply refusing to pay for the repairs which are reasonable (1K) which he did initially agree to pay for in writing.. however now because he thinks I'm playing him for a fool (I have this is writing too) because he doesn't recall my garage getting damaged, he wants to bring in his own people, assess the damage himself (he's seen countless pictures and further prolong the matter for resolution). Well that damage was in 2016 and I never got a receipt or written acknowledgement for this nor any other re work his company has supported. Why should I have to defend myself and prove that I am being honest. The only mistake I made is trusting Bruce would eventually do the right thing, being too patient and nice. Now I have reached the point of lost patience and reporting him to proper authorities and taking legal action. Signed - Cindy Wilton . Bruce will quote you one price and then hit you with a hefty additional amount upon completion of work. I was quoted $9,180.00 but was charged $9,690.00 hidden costs for lumber, etc. Plus, they ripped my pool screen. Would not recommend this company. Unethical in my opinion. BBB here I come!

Dreadful. They do the job but if there is an issue 6 month later. Forget about it. They have no interest in honoring the warranty. Had a leaking roof and wet ceiling for at least two months. I'm sure mold is now growing, They should can't seem to find time to come and schedule an appointment. Legal action is looking likely.

Did a great job for us. Would recommend them to friends and family.
