The upper wall has settled 1-1/2 inches, and need to be disassembled and properly reset, with a footer-pier set on the east end to anchor the wall-end in place.
3-ft. wide X 65-ft of flagstones (presently pre-positioned) are to be set into a layer of soil-base for a front-to-backyard sidewalk where there is presently 1-2" river rock mulch cover. 2-3 flats of Creeping Thyme will then be planted into the soil to infill the sidewalk soil. I want the project completed before lawn-grass/sprinkler ops begin this spring.
