6' wood privacy fence

Aug 2015

Old fence was removed and replaced with this new cedar picket fence with steel posts boxed out with the cedar pickets for its appearance and double gates for easier access with larger objects. This can be a quick process, with temporary fencing set in place of till new fence is built.

Driveway stained at a neighborhood home defiantly making it stand out from the other surrounding houses and their driveways.

Aug 2015

Driveway was once stained and over time had faded in to almost a peach color. Homeowners wanted it back to or close to originol color being a brighter red. So we started of power washing and acid washing the driveway and patched cracks and chips to its surface. Than the stain was applied multiple times until the concrete was as dark of a red as the home owners desired. After its proper cure time we added a high gloss sealer to its surface to enhance and protect the new stain applied.

Concrete Construction

May 2015

I call this the sitting flower pot this was a normal grey patio poured with a sit down bench and a rose pattern i stamped on the bench and around the boarder. Than it was stained two different colors really making the boarder stand out. It was all than sealed with a high gloss sealer really enhancing the colors and darkening them up. You ask why does the title have anything to do with a flower pot? look closer at the sit down bench their is built in flower pots in the sit down bench their are even drains that run threw the back side of the wall allowing water to flow freely, look at the hole in the center notice the pan at the bottom of it that is where u place for the dirt also has a built in drain and this is a an ideal spot foe ivy to grow out of and give it a really neat look. In all my years off the trade i had never seen something like this done i love how this job turned out i feel as if its definitely one of a kind.

Driveway with retaining wall and staircase and custom hand railing

Jun 2015

Removal of old driveway that and dropped in elevation, making it hold water in many spots. Than the previous concrete retaining wall supporting the stair case had failed it was leaning over many inches from plumb looking as it it could almost fall over.We started out by tearing out all the concrete and disposing of it with the metal hand railing as well. Than we brought in the proper road base to gain its proper compaction so the new concrete and a solid sub grade so it would not fail like the previous did. Forms were set we made this job happen in two pours. and when the concrete had all been cured for a while we sprayed the wall with a colored concrete texture for looks and extra added strength. Than we finished it off with a custom hand railing we built and fabricated.

A huge fire pit on this stamped patio

Apr 2015

This back yard was in bad shape when we first showed up at this residence. The yard had such in incline and nothing to support the retaining wall holding half of the hillside up from sliding down to the opposite side of the yard. After a lot of dirt work it all came together and made a very usable and beautiful back yard. From sitting benches while it supports the previous retaining wall, An added curb for the same purpose as the bench for its strength but with it all being stamped concrete it adds it looks as well.A huge fire pit was requested and built on this one. Drains were also added within the river rock on the curb side to contain the water and drain it away and to they other side of the new concrete steps. There was an existing grey concrete slab off the basement sliding door it was in good shape so there was no reason to tear out instead we stained it to blend in better with the colors in stamp concrete we poured the new stamp concrete all got a high gloss sealer applied on it as well, This was a fun project and a lot of work, but working for my sis and my brother in law and to have his help threw the whole project this one made it a good a memorable experience.

Stamped staircase with balusters and handrailing

Feb 2015

This staircase took place of wooden one that had seen the end of its days. The forms for the staircase were than set definitely with a bit of preparation. Once the forms were set and good to go than the reinforced concrete was poured and finished. After the proper cure time we stamped the staircase using a concrete overlay product. Which is a very strong product easily used to perfect a stamped pattern. After multiple coats applied than we began to work on the railings starting with. We drilled re bar dowels in to the staircase which ran threw the centers of the baluster molds that we set in place all uniform and in line with one another.Balusters molds were than poured with a light weight concrete product with metal brackets in bedded of the top for the metal hand railing to be welded on. Metal hand railings was than built and welded onto the balusters brackets, all of this being our designs we created After railing was than completed the staircase was than stained and than sealed as well as the balusters after multiple coats. Creating a beautiful finish
