I paid almost $20,000 for them to install a french drain, patio and fire pit in my back yard, as well as a new walk way to my front door. He guaranteed that the patio blocks would never settle, but within a year, the front walk has sunk down almost 2 inches in one place, the back patio has multiple spots where the blocks have settled. I have called him and even offered to pay him to fix these problems. He said he would come look at it, but never showed up. Any calls I made to him after that were ignored and never returned.
