Flux Construction

My wife and I are not new to construction, we have a record of hit and miss when it comes to contractors and remodelers. This time we hit a homerun thanks to our close friends who previously hired the Flux crew for an interior remodeling project and where highly impressed with their work. We had a complete interior remodeling done on our 1380 SF apartment. Management – Excellent. Eran and Liran the owners are great guys, both are easy to communicate with and both were involved in every single part of the project. They were available for us literally at all times, gave us daily updates, assisted us in design and did much more to make this project run smooth. Craftsmanship – Very good. Their workers and sub-contractors are skillful in their trades. Overall – We are very happy with the way this project went, as a strong believer in you get what you give I am writing this review because Flux Construction deserves the praises.

I was looking for a licensed contractor to do an extensive work with a room addition to our master bedroom and master bathroom, and conversion of our existing small master bathroom and closet to one large master closet to create a larger master closet. Once started to work our construction management was great, Liran and Eran did an outstanding job keeping us always on schedule. A few weeks prior to starting the work they created for us a schedule that is based on a 3 months time frame expectation, the schedule reflected the work that will be done on a weekly base. Other than that they assisted us in a 3D design of our bathroom and helped us pick the materials such as tiles, plumbing fixtures, vanity, countertop and paint colors. Work started on the exact date and time they said it will and was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. Construction is a dirty work, they covered as much as they could to make sure our house doesn't get too dirty or dusty. Their workers are really nice and polite, they kept coming (mostly) on time and did a very good job. Though I can't say much about the rough construction aspect of the project, since I don't understand much about it, but I can say that our city inspector himself gave them compliments for the good job and told me that he thinks I'm in good hands. The finishes are amazing, especially the tile installation, it took the longest but came up so pretty it loos like art. My bottom line is that I will definitely use them again!

Flux Construction did for us a bathroom remodel that included the removal of interior walls to enlarge the bathroom. The job went smooth, the communication with Eran and Liran was seamless, the quality of the work was great. We highly recommend them.
