Manager/owner doesn’t pickup or get back to you. I think this company has grown too big and gotten to full of themselves. Thank god Yelp/Google/facebook is around so we all can earn each other about the seedy elements operating in the field of construction. You can’t treat your customers like $hit and expect them to be quiet. Here goes my story: Www.adeedo.com Started a renovation project last year. My wife was all over me that we had to use licensed people, we couldn’t do it ourselves, bla bla bla, she’s Jewish and nervous about anything and everything. To appease her I went along with her “plan” and hired this company of so-called professionals They were so fast and good at ki$$ing a$$ and promised us they would take care of everything so we decided to let them get the job. How bad could a company with advertising all over tv be? Wam bam thank you mam they had repiped bathrooms and kitchens. That was painless, we thought, and proceeded to have electrician do his thing, floors, drywall, paint. But when we came to installing tiles it suddenly dawned on us that in the powder room www.adedoo.com hadn’t installed the valves Horizontally straight or on center of the wall. Furthermore www.adedoo.com had also forgotten to call inspection on their rough plumbing. We had at this point already laid tiles in the master and guest bathrooms, so when we reached out to www.adedoo.com we were very surprised to be treated like sh!t and that www.adedoo.com didn’t want to take responsibility. After about 10 days and 20hours on hold with www.adedoo.com and multiple insults from the general manager/owner where their modus operandus would be to let me wait then hang up, we finally got these clowns to admit fault. After this admittance of fault www.adedoo.com came out ripped open our new tiles, passed rough inspections, straightened the crooked faucets tiled the place up again and were out of there very fast. All that was missing now was to install the shower valve cover. Unfortunately www.adedoo.com had made the executive decision to install a rough plumbing for the bathrooms which wasn’t Hans grohe, like the ones we had asked them to install, so now we’re stuck with a shower that’s not to our liking. When we tried to reach out to www.adedoo.com to tell them they had installed the wrong item their general manager went freaking nuts. I’ve worked with customers for years and I can tell you had I spoken to a customer like I was spoken to. Well I would’ve been fired. We then start getting text messages from the poor installer who made the initial mistake, but wasn’t to blame for everything else, that he’s being threatened by www.adedoo.com that he’d loose his job if we didn’t stop writing reviews, bla bla bla. I nicely told him mistakes happen and that we had no problem with him, the issue is with ownership www.adedoo.com who insulted and treated us so bad the only recourse we have is small claims and warning everybody about doing business with www.adedoo.com It’s now been more than 6months since www.adedoo.com promised a refund, haven’t seen a $ Oh well that’s what small claims is for and seriously considering recording it and posting it online. Can’t wait for the judge to kick www.adedoo.com in the a$$

No work done . Job was to small for them . Walked in looked at it and walked out .

They did great! I called them back for a second job.
