Bilt-Well Roofing

I sent this message to Bilt-Well yesterday: I faxed the deposit check first thing this morning, then spoke to Lupe about 0915. She found a crew in Encino on a small job they expected to have finished by lunch time. So she thought they'd get to me about 1200 or shortly thereafter. In fact, Alfredo and his co-worker arrived about 1100. They assessed the problem, replaced two edge tiles and tightened up a few more along the edge that were minimally rolling off instead of being squared up. I had prepositioned my garbage can for their convenience in disposing of the broken pieces, but Alfredo politely declined. When they were finished they picked up all the broken pieces and took the debris with them. I was impressed with how this whole process worked out and remain glad that we found Bilt-Well back in the late 1980s when we needed to replace a cedar shake roof in a high risk fire zone. Your company has always served us well. Today, Alfredo and his co-worker were polite, efficient, friendly, professional and left the job well done and the site clean.
