CHOICE ALARM COMPANY

If you are a small to mid-size business owner, DO NOT USE THEM! They are unprofessional, rude and hold no responsibility for their actions. They do not value their customers if you are not a big named business. These people are crooks! My business was recently robbed and the robbers were in & out of our store for OVER 3 HOURS and Choice Alarm attempted to contact me ONLY ONCE when the alarm continued to ring!! I do not hold Choice Alarm responsible for what happened but I believe it is their responsibility to do MORE than calling just once. To make matters worse, the rep or his manager weren't sympathetic nor professional and instead showed ATTITUDE, was being RUDE, and SNAPPED at me that I should've done more and they've done the mandatory and there is nothing wrong since they called once, which is the bare minimum. The rudeness from the rep and manager was beyond unprofessional. Please, do not use them.
