Alien Landscaping, Inc.

I will say, I was satisfied with Alien Lanscaping in the beginning when he started in Aug 2018. I had a few problems where his guys kept breaking my spinklers, but to his credit, he repaired them all 6 times. The last time I contacted Justin on April 17th, it took me contacting him 3 times b4 someone came out on April 24th. I paid for the “premium package” but yet, I wasn’t getting the service, I sent him pictures of the things that wasn’t being done and he said he would address it, but things like “cleaning the flower areas of weeds” were not being done. Then a week later (April 25th), an entirely different company showed up to do my lawn (I was home on vacation). The company is Southern Comfort Landscapes, Justin did not inform me that he had taken on a partner until I called to find out why another company maintaining my lawn. They did a horrible job, there was a dead palm limb hanging in plain sight and I even asked him to remove it, and he didn’t. They even damaged my wooden gate, Justin was aware of the bottom area being fragile because of moisture and I even discussed it with Chris before he started on my lawn, He told me that he would pull the grass away from the fence. I didn’t think any more about it, but a few days later, I went out to see that he had damaged a large area of my fence by using a weed eater/edger. He didn’t bother to tell me, nor did he have the common sense to stop after damaging the first post. I could have understood that, but to continue to damage a very large portion is unacceptable. I contacted Justin and he told me he would be out in a couple of weeks to fix it, that never happened. Then I was due to have my lawn cut on May 9th and no one showed up, then I get home on the 10th (Friday), lawn still not cut. So I texted Justin to find out what happened, he finally responded by telling me “that it was some kind of misunderstanding, they thought someone did my lawn on Tuesday and someone would be out on Saturday. Well at this point, I was done. I told Justin, I no longer wanted to do business with this Southern Comfort Landscapes and that I would be okay with him having my fence repaired by the end of the month (May) but yet still no response. So I will be contacting the BBB and the Attorney General’s office. Please stay away from Southern Comfort Landscapes, they have zero experience and Chris is very rude. They are not registered with the State, but yet they are giving out cards as though they have a legit business. I could not find them anywhere on the internet. I will be reporting that as well. I would have never allowed this company to maintain my lawn if I was given the courtesy of being informed he had gotten too big and had to bring in someone else to some of his properties. My agreement was with Alien Landscaping, so I hold Justin responsible for the damage.
