Extremely disappointed, who ever this installer was that was hired through Best Buy. This was a simple dishwasher warranty swap out of dishwashers. However, not these guys, could not follow instructions, do not know or understand building codes and what is homes are grandfather from current new construction building codes. These guys were so bad, not only did Best Buy pay my plumber to fixed their screw up, Best buy discounted a $900 dishwasher down to almost nothing. Then when I called the company to let them try to fixed the situation they brewed me off. I would not let or recommend this team to change a light blub, because they would probably put the burnt blub back in the light fixture!

Extremely disappointed in the service I received from this third-party Best Buy installer. The Texas Home Pros team arrived at my home an hour past the appointment time frame. The only stated reason was they were on a job “until 1am the night before.” That should have been red flag number one. The main contact was extremely unprofessional. He talked nonstop badly about his previously customers. I laughed off the conversation, urging him to move on with our install as he was already an hour late. Shannon and his help began to install the wall oven. All seemed well. They never expressed any concern. I re-entered the room after taking a work call and my cabinets were splintered from the wall to ceiling. Shannon proceeded to place blame on me. Claiming I told him to “squeeze it in” .... I never did anything of the sort as I was not even in the room when they placed the oven into the wall. He was extremely unprofessional and rude as I expressed my disappointment over him leaving the job in a worse place than he found it. I would not recommend. This man is clearly not skilled to complete his job and lacks ability to accept blame for his mistakes. I am very disappointed that I now have to spend additional money to fix the mistakes from his carelessness. Thank goodness Best Buy will reimburse me, but I feel bad they contracted such a careless, uneducated installer in the first place.
