I've employed Tool Time on about half a dozen different projects. They do good work. But they're almost impossible to schedule time with. My poor wife was having fits she was so annoyed with Tool Time ignoring her texts and phone calls. What's worse, once you do schedule time with Tool Time they will sometimes not show up, giving neither warning nor explanation. That behavior is unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. Tool Time is also on the expensive side.

I am so happy! Mr. Garza, of Tool Time Home Improvements, is fantastic. He and his crew came in and took a disastrous unfinished job and completed it within two business days. I have my bedroom back! He completed both upstairs bathrooms, one was not in the original work to be done. I will request his services for other projects I have in mind in the near future. Thank you so much! Mary Bibb

These guys were great! I had some issues with the product that they were going to assemble, in terms of time of delivery, but they made it easy to schedule, reschedule. They were super nice. Also, they got my business because when I put out my initial inquiry, they responded within 24 hours. For the duration of the project, they always responded quickly, and did what they said that they would do. Highly recommend.
