I've employed Tool Time on about half a dozen different projects. They do good work. But they're almost impossible to schedule time with. My poor wife was having fits she was so annoyed with Tool Time ignoring her texts and phone calls. What's worse, once you do schedule time with Tool Time they will sometimes not show up, giving neither warning nor explanation. That behavior is unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. Tool Time is also on the expensive side.
I am so happy! Mr. Garza, of Tool Time Home Improvements, is fantastic. He and his crew came in and took a disastrous unfinished job and completed it within two business days. I have my bedroom back! He completed both upstairs bathrooms, one was not in the original work to be done. I will request his services for other projects I have in mind in the near future. Thank you so much! Mary Bibb
These guys were great! I had some issues with the product that they were going to assemble, in terms of time of delivery, but they made it easy to schedule, reschedule. They were super nice. Also, they got my business because when I put out my initial inquiry, they responded within 24 hours. For the duration of the project, they always responded quickly, and did what they said that they would do. Highly recommend.
Prompt response - excellent communication. Professional and courteous furniture assembly on a difficult piece (murphy bed). Would definitely recommend.

Customer wanted to offset the concrete area with a natural stone patio
Customer's family had bought her a a gun safe that looks like amortize on the wall. We installed it to like it was a normal part of her furniture.
|North Houston window frame repair
Customer had a break in and needed to be fixed immediately for safety concerns. Unfortunately the tile used in the bathroom was discontinued. We used glass tile as an accent piece and looked better than the original design.
|Dryer vent replacement
Customer had what seemed like a water leak coming from the second floor. After further inspection. The dryer vent was full of grass from birds making nests causing the water to leak onto the Sheetrock. We had to make a door access into that area and custom made a door in a bedroom upstairs. While making the door access some electrical wires where in the way so we installed a light bulb socket and switch so the customer could use for storage.
|Wall mount tv
Customer needed the tv wall mount but did not want to see the wires. We ran new electrical and hdmi cables
|Full home remodel
This was abandoned by a tenant. When we arrived we had to use Tyvec suits to enter the home and remove all of the furniture and food left out. The whole house was scrubbed down and disinfected. New paint throughout, cabinets repainted, new entry doors, bathroom cabinets, front and back yards cleaned and mowed. The house was nice in ready when we finished. It was rented out a week later.
|Cabinet drawer addition
Customer had some custom made cabinets in the master bathroom. There was 2 areas where there was no real way to store her bathroom necessities. We custom built 4 drawers with doors.
