I just noticed that Phil's design was much more complex in material variance and geometry and beauty, plus 1,000 sq ft bigger and $100,000 less than the next architect's presentation.
I would definitely hire an owners rep. before contracting on any major project with Phil Keane. He may be a good designer but not a good manager. They are very overextended at present and have had recent high turnover on the construction side.
Phil is sharp thorough and good, I recommend him for your project as well!
