Initially, very friendly and very helpful. However, since they accidentally connected the main house water line to our hot water line, we have had two promised appointments that they do not show up for. Tried rescheduling again for the 3rd time, hopefully they show up this time. We hired Freedom Plumbers to redirect our main water line and refrigerator line to accommodate some renovations we are doing. Our initial plumber Gary was very friendly, showed up only a bit late, but communicated very well with us. He left and we felt like we had a great experience. Later that afternoon/evening, we started noticing that all the faucets were backwards now (hot water coming from cold side and vice versa). Gary had accidentally connected the main water into our hot water line. We called Gary, who was apologetic and going out on medical leave the next day, but said he would come by and correct the problem on Friday. Thursday evening he called and said the treatment was rougher than he thought so he would not be able to do the work. He said he would call Freedom plumbers and have someone come out on Friday to fix it. Friday comes and no word from Freedom Plumbers, so I called them only to be told they can't fix it today, and "can't" over the weekend. The best they could do was first call on Monday morning. We had to leave the house by 11:15am on Monday, but they assured us we would be the first call Monday morning. Having a dishwasher only using cold water, wasting hot water on cold water applications, etc. was getting really frustrating, but that is the best they could do supposedly. Monday morning comes, no calls from Freedom Plumber. I call at 9am and the lady apologizes and says she can't reach the plumber, but will call me back when she hears from him. I have to call them back at 11:15am, go through the whole story again (different customer service person every time) and she said he will be coming out to us next. I explained that will not work and why. She rescheduled us for Tuesday and promised they would be out between 10am - 2pm. When I reminded her that we were promised someone on Friday, then again for Monday, and they failed both times, how can I trust her for tomorrow. She said, no, they will be there. I guess we will see if they show up tomorrow and fix the problem, or if I just have to dispute the charge and hire someone else to fix their mistake.

I say Save the Day because we really couldn't get to this project due to Over-scheduling. Kevin's Fist question was, "Where is It" then his next question was.......oh wait, there was no question. He was gone and heading to the job. WOW. This project entailed the replacement of a leaky Galvanized Vent Stack and the Laundry Line from the Laundry Tub to its vent Stack. They sent me the pics of the job and I can't tell where in the word they actually dug. How do I write this story up?? ........Wow. The All American Excavation & Pipe Install team was tasked with rerouting a defective Drive Way Storm Drain and picking up a Downspout & Sump Pump Line on the way. Benjamin "Benny" Hull and Cory Rohrbough took this one head on and what an AMAZING job they did. I mean, that yard looks AWESOME !!......Specially for all that dirt that was sitting on it just hours earlier. You guys are the Huddini's of the Excavation World........Its almost like, uh?? They carefully prepared the property for excavation, protected the same from the Excavator Tracs during equipment Mobilization and performed the task at hand beautifully.
