We just had A-Northern out today to have our septic pumped . I was quoted 299.00. At no time did I state it was an emergency, yet I was charged an 85.00 additional "Emergency " charge. I did ask if they could come today, but was unaware that there would be an added charge. I would have waited if I had known . We had the whole area prep and ready for them so they did not have to do any additional work. They were here a total of 28 minutes from start to finish. $ 394.00 dollars total. Misrepresentation at best of their services and prices.
