Doug's Lock & Key Service

I called to see if I could get service to unlock the door to my garage. When I was quoted over $400 to come from Marion to Mount Vernon, I laughed in disbelief. The man on the phone went into hateful mode and asked, "Well how much did you think it would cost?!". I said, "well not that.". He then called me an asshole and hung up. Great people you got working there. I've never had a job where I could talk to a potential customer and call them asshole and still keep my job. Unbelievable.
