Unless you are into spending thousands on a pool just for it to stop working in the middle of pool season then I would NOT ever call this company. It has been a nightmare from the beginning. Pool wasn’t finished until 7 months AFTER they said it would be finished. Ricky does not return calls, denies issues (like sending someone to look at our pool 5 times as soon as our pool was running, to look at pump) after our pump stopped working. Always gives the run around when you do get ahold of him. I was so disgusted with this company I let go of the fact that the pool wasn’t where we discussed, the pump wasn’t where we discussed, and even the liner wasn’t what we chose. After months and months of no returned calls or half ass work I just wanted them off of my property. Now to find out they wired pool wrong and fried my brand new pump. This company should not be in business. Awful customer service. Don’t make the same mistake we made and chose another company!
