Hi, I’m Joe, owner of Homestead Property Inspections LLC. I am an Idaho native who likes to spend time outdoors with my wife and two kids. My wife Natasha, and I have been married for 12 years and have an 11 year old son named Logan and 8 year old daughter named Zoey. Our kids keep us busy with sports and 4-H. Together we love to camp, hunt, and play in the RZR or on our dirt bikes. Those are some of the many things that we love about the Treasure Valley area; no matter where you are you are close to rivers, lakes, or the mountains. However, as father of kids with severe asthma and allergies and having been in restoration for so long I know how drastically water, fire, and mold damage can affect not only the health of your home but also the health of you and you loved ones. I have spent the last 10 years helping people put their homes back together after floods, fires, and mold damage, I wanted to continue helping people but in a different way. I want to help people better understand what they are getting into when making the largest investment of their lives. As a certified home inspector, I am here to assist first time home buyers as well as those who have purchased homes before. When defects are found not only will you know about them from an easy to read report but I also offer remediation and mitigation services.
