Phipps III, is a lifetime resident of New Orleans, Loyola University of New Orleans alumnist and possesses a Master of Business Degree (MBA). Phipps Enterprises, LLC combines construction experience along with sound business practices which has led to rapid growth, financial stability, and an ever growing loyal customer base (85% referral base).
