Pro Housekeepers sent an amazing housekeeper called Lidia who helped us turnover a small hotel over the weekends. We expected her to need training, but she was far more experienced than what we're used to seeing at other cleaning companies. Highly recommended service.

The company tried to charge me without permission or prior approval for additional services (cleaning appliances and windows), and didn't even perform all of the services that they charged me for (windows were still dirty). When I asked for a refund, they promised to give me one, and never did. The company not only committed credit card fraud, but also did a bad job. The potential tenants that viewed the property asked if I had considered having it professionally cleaned after Pro Housekeepers had cleaned the property.
