STAY AWAY.. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER. We had them come out and unclog a drain. While there they told us a scary story about all types of debris and sand etc that was in immediate need of removal. They also told us a wonderful fable about how we needed a new lid and it needed to be custom fit etc. the cost we were told was $3,500 .. which sounded extremely high. We then called someone out by referral to check the system and get truthful advice. Yes we had some sand, but nothing that was causing issues or even if immediate need to remove at this time. The lid was able to be replaced for $400 and they are closing a punched hole for me. The total actual cost will be $575 to do that work. They said septic looks great. 2nd to note we found out that this company “gator” is pushing their employees to “produce” Which is another way of saying to sell. They are required to sell sell sell and produce reasons to make money. Evidenced by the difference of $3,500 vs $575 . RUUUUUUUN!!!!
