Frank's Heating and Air Conditioning

We needed a furnace for our rental property, and this included all of the ductwork as well. A few HVAC companies didn't even give us a quote as it seemed the project was a bit too involved for them. Others gave us outrageous quotes. Frank's quote wasn't the lowest, but it was close. However, with that affordability we actually got much more than what we paid for. He did the installation in a day or two and now, a few months later, our tenants are staying toasty warm. More recently, we had Frank come to our residence for a furnace tune-up. Things looked good, though several days later the furnace had trouble starting on a few occasions. I contacted Frank via text those times and he responded...even when I texted around 5am. He ended up coming out early on a weekend to see why we were having issues (even though we had some freezing rain the night before and it was still quick slick outside). After determining the issue and resolving it he then informed me there was no charge for the visit. Not even the usual service charge for coming out. Frank is very knowledgeable and professional, but even more importantly he is honest and trustworthy. His prices are very reasonable, especially if you are seeking a new unit.
