We brought in a broken storm window and the glass was replaced within an hour for a very reasonable price. We love this shop. He has the best price in town for copying keys, too.

Avoid this business! I brought in a storm window to have the glass replaced and was told it would take 2 days and they would call when ready. After 4 days I went in only to be told by the owner that he accidentally gave my window to another customer. He didn't have their phone number but said he would try to contact him and would follow up with me. After 3 week with no calls and 2 visits in person with no window, no apology and no offer of compensation I had to order an whole new window. Terrible customer service and no business skills at all!
