Sunbusters Glass Tinting

I wanted tint on my front windows. The back was already factory tinted so I asked sunbusters to make it DARKER than the back. He agreed I waited around a hour paid over a hundred dollars. And shortly realized, no way was this darker then the back. It was way lighter. I called with my grievance. No answer so I texted, they said they were closed, even though it was a Friday afternoon. He said fine bring it Monday at 11, we open everyday at 11. Yeah right. I live about 30 minutes away so I get there at 11, door locked, ring the camera doorbell no answer wait till 11:30. Still no answer so I called the number and the voice mail message was changed to say... sorry we are closed Monday but will be back open Tuesday. I tried to text and got no response. Who did they think they were hurting Oh ya their self because I was going to have them do a few more jobs for me and my fiance, thinking the first mess up was a communication problem and they were going to fix the problem. Now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I feel they put on whatever extras they had lying around and ghosted me when it was time to make it right. Don't spend your hard earned money with them they are very unprofessional and don't care about the customer. It's thursday 4 days later and they still havent respond to my text I sent Monday morning smh. But I'm not waiting anyway I have taken my business elsewhere.
