Jane, I sincerely apologize for your perceived bad experience, but I'd like to explain. Sometimes people are unaware of others' obligations. You are 1 hour and 20 minutes from Burlington and this puts you way outside of our coverage area. I don't even know how or why you ever contacted us to begin with, but I was in Franklin for an appointment at 2pm, so the office tried to accommodate you by scheduling you as the last call of the day. This can be anywhere from 3-4pm typically. We did make an effort to work with you, by arriving at 3:30 and waited 45 minutes, but sometimes things need to be rescheduled or modified to work around extraneous issues. We were not trying to upset you, nor did we want to leave without performing the furnace tune up, but you had not called back, so we left. I did not tell you at the time my actual reason for leaving, because my personal business is none of your business, but I needed to be back in Burlington to pick up my disabled child from her caretaker by no later than 5:30pm. As I suggested on the phone, please find a local company that can better take care of your needs. I don't think I deserve you posting bad reviews on every website you can find is warranted and perhaps a little obsessive. Do not contact our company anymore.
