Paperhanging By Patti

Originally got a referral to a painter. Two phone calls, no response. About two months later, contacted Paperhanging by Patti for wallpaper removal. I was told her associate was the painter and wallpaper remover. She said he would contact me the next day, but she also gave me his phone number. No call the next day and no response to the two calls I made to reach him. Turns out this guy is one and the same as the painter I contacted weeks earlier with no response. So I did find a responsive, professional outfit (Culver's Painting) that is doing the work. At the very least, Paperhanging by Patti could have contacted me, to indicate they were not interested or too busy for my project. NOTE: it is a big project... remove wallpaper in three rooms and paint five rooms.
