I would HIGHLY recommend Gaidish! From the quoting process to finishing the project, the were awesome to work with. I did a TON of research before contracting them. Their quote was more than fair...especially for the wonderful work they did! I was impressed with their professionalism and respect for our property. They took great care to maintain a clean job site and cleaned up after themselves. That really impressed my husband and I. Since Gaidish did such a FANTASTIC job, we have started to build my dream craft room down in the basement! Thanks so much Gaidish! Keep up the amazing work you do!

I am disappointed in this company. I made an appointment three weeks (or more) ago. We were all set and carved out the time to meet them. The day of the appointment the secretary pushed the appointment up from 12:30 to 1. She talked to my husband who agree to the new time. At 12:22 Blaine called me wondering where we were. I explained that the appointment got moved to one and gave him my husbands number. My husband said he never came at one as scheduled. My husband used his lunch time to make this appointment so we were very disappointed to miss it. I called him and was able to leave a voicemail when he called me back at 1:30 he told me he went another clients house! I was really put off by that because he basically told me he did not value our time. He said he was ready to come over now but unfortunately my husband had already used his lunch time and had to return to work. I’m very disappointed about having to wait three weeks for an appointment that turned out like this.

Had these guys come out before buying a house and they provided great insight on what needed to be done and gave us a quote we were able to use in negotiations. That is about where the good service stopped... Once we closed, we were excited to get the job started and done with. We had 1 month before we moved in and was hoping to get it done then. However, it took them over a week to send someone out to even measure. Granted, this measuring appointment took all of 15-20 minutes. The guy assured me it would only take them a day to do it and they would be calling me to schedule it really soon. After a couple of weeks had passed, I called them. I was told, "They had me down as needing to be scheduled, but not scheduled yet. So they will get me scheduled." Would I have ever been scheduled if I didn't call, who knows? The day finally came for them to do the actual job of beaming two walls and waterproofing them. By this time we had moved in for about a week and we were currently living in a jungle of boxes. We were waiting to move a lot to our storage in the basement, so it would not be in their way. The plan was for them to be at our house between 8-8:30. They called at 7:30 to let me know they would not be there till around lunch. I had to leave work in the middle of the day to let them in around 12:30. When they got there, I asked them how long it would take? They said they would be done at 2pm. I was shocked. They were going to be able to knock all this out in 90 minutes!!!?!?!? Go get it fellas! Then came the phone call at 2:30 that they were done for the day and would be back tomorrow to finish. Okay??? I was told they would be there in the morning and I would either be the first or second job of the day. I could not leave work in the middle of the day again, so I asked that they make sure i was first thing. Not to much to ask, since it was my basement they left unfinished the day before. The next morning they were there on time, no issue. Well, no issue until I came home. They left empty chips bags, empty bottles, a sweatshirt and an extension cord!!!! I read ALL these great reviews about how they cleaned up SO well when they were finished. One person even mentioned "Cinderella-like". Well, we got none of that. Not only did they not sweep, but they left behind trash from their lunches. We also noticed a path of water coming from our washer that was not previously there. I immediately took photos and called. I left a message explaining what I came home too. The next day they called to schedule a time for someone to come over and clean up. They showed up early on a Monday as I was leaving for work. They asked that I start a wash cycle on my washer so they could make sure they tightened it all back up correctly. I gave them their trash and sweatshirt back. I then left for work. I expected to come home to a much cleaner basement, but again I had too high of hopes. The man did not even attempt to sweep up the 1/4" thick layer of dust that is sprawled across their work area. I will NOT use this company again and will advise that everyone not get sucked into some of their glowing reviews. This company is NOT at all like the reviews posted on this site and many others.
