I run a small business and curbside waste have been quite helpful in getting the trash disposed of. Their service is cheap and they are always willing to help.

Curbside Waste’s overall quality of work has been great. Their promptness to help when the need arises is remarkable. This will make me contact them again and again and keep their service!

Up until yesterday I was satisfied with the service. Billing is not always timely but I adjusted to that. But I had a two year contract at $10 a month and just got a bill for $73 for two months! And I am at 15 months of my contract. Absolutely impossible to get anyone in the phone, says the mailbox is full and to try again later. Yesterday the message tree gave you options for transfers (still couldn’t reach anyone) but the message tree is gone. Inexcusably poor customer service. Want to cancel (back of bill says I have to give a 30 day notice) but how is that even possible if you can’t get anyone on the phone. Do not use them.
