Branch Property Investigations

At Branch Property Investigations, our goal is to provide you a complete, thorough & accurate inspection of your property. Our Chief Investigator, Tom Geoffroy, is a mechanical engineer and former building contractor who now devotes his time to investigating properties full-time. Your inspection will include a review of the exterior building envelope including roof if accessible, all doors/windows, all plumbing fixtures, accessible outlets, heating/cooling elements, and examination of the electrical panel and accessible wiring. As a free service to our clients, we include an infrared camera inspection and can offer radon testing for an additional fee.
