The Makeover Guy

I have been a fan of The Makeover Guy for years. I have followed him on YouTube and Facebook. This past spring I entered for the opportunity to have the Classic Makeover. I was called by Kayla that I was selected to have this once in a lifetime experience. I jumped at the chance! I made a reservation for my daughter and I to fly from Pittsburgh to Minneapolis for this exciting makeover. The makeover itself was fine. They treated us very well and I was pleased when I left. After returning home, my hair started breaking and was quite damaged. I was very concerned about the health of my hair so I reached out to Kayla, Robert and Jaime for advise. They had given me their cell phone numbers in case I or my hairstylist had any questions about recreating the new look. Only Robert responded and said he would speak with Jamie and get back with me the next day. That was 3 days ago. I have reach out to each of them again and no one is responding. I was not asking for free products, refunds or anything other than advise on how I should proceed. I do not feel “the power of pretty”. I feel dismissed, ignored and ugly. If a person travels across states for a makeover, they care about their hair. Too bad this company doesn’t react like a 5 star company and handle situations appropriately and not ignore clients when something goes amiss.
