Do not use him or ALJ Maison. He works with Nancy Schuller at ALJ Maison who reps Hartmann Forbes. From their quote to installation, it took forever. Customer service was awful. They were either slow or did not respond to emails and texts. I ordered remote controlled blinds and they asked me to pay an extra $700+ for remotes after they were installed We built a house and had between 50-75 contractors and had no issues like this at all with any of them. I have now received three to four emails calling our designer [best ever/top of the line/zero issues at all with the 50 other contractors she worked with]"ignorant" [who would have thought you would have to tell a blind rep who quoted four rooms at opposite ends of a large house for remote controlled blinds that you would need more than one remote or a remote for each room?]? I am not sure how that solves the problem. He lost our business for sure and I am sure our designer who does a ton of really nice work will never use them again. I would never recommend them to anyone.
